Redesigning Point P’s 3D Configurator
We reimagined Point P’s 3D Configurator, transforming a complex tool into a seamless and accessible experience for construction professionals. The objective was to simplify space planning, allowing users to visualize, customize, and configure layouts effortlessly.
By refining the UI and interaction model, we improved navigation, usability, and decision-making, ensuring that both seasoned professionals and first-time users could efficiently bring their projects to life.
Revamping Larivière’s Digital Tool
When I joined Koreliz, Larivière’s platform had already been delivered but was barely used. The client, facing an adoption rate close to 0%, needed to understand why. After conducting an in-depth audit, I identified major pain points: the platform was designed for desktop while users primarily worked on mobile, navigation was slow and impractical for browsing extensive product catalogs, and the interface was overly complex for commercial teams unfamiliar with digital tools. To address these issues, I led a full UX/UI redesign, focusing on a mobile-first approach, an optimized search experience, and a streamlined interface tailored to users’ real needs.
